Welcome! As a clinical psychologist
with over 25 years of experience I provide a diverse range of services to
adults, families, and children. One of my key interest areas is that
of conflict resolution. I often work with couples who are trying to
have healthier relationships. As a trained mediator, I also help divorcing families decrease
conflict and help parents make healthier decisions and build more
effective co-parenting relationships. Since workplace relationships,
conflict and
stresses often greatly impact one's level of personal satisfaction and
productivity, I provide consultation to
businesses and not-for-profit organizations. I believe in using a variety of strategies from different
approaches to try to best address the issues faced by my clients. My
approach emphasizes positive growth and self-acceptance (rather than
deficits and neuroses) and recognizing and building upon strengths, as one
often tries to find practical solutions to life's challenges. I am committed to helping healthy relationships thrive and especially to
strengthening the connection and intimacy in one's primary relationship(s).
My offices are conveniently located in Central Connecticut and Westchester,
New York. I am easily accessible from Hartford, Waterbury, New Haven,
Danbury and Stamford/Darien as well as from White Plains and Brewster. Feel free to click on the
links to the left or contact me for more
information.
